Serving Suggestions:

  • When I saw leeks in this week’s share my mind flashed back to a superb recipe I made awhile back from Alison Roman called “Leek and Greens Gratin.” It’s heavy on the heavy cream to be certain but it was so good and worth the calories. I think my tatsoi, spinach and bok choy tops will be joining the leeks in this one next weekend! If you, like me, are already looking ahead to Thanksgiving this would be a good choice for something that feels familiar but different than the traditional sides.
